What happens next

  1. Tell us the basics

Business, city, website and the problem to solve.

  2. We review it

We look at your site and local search results first.

  3. We talk it through

A senior strategist calls you back with specifics.

Three ways to reach us

Pick whichever suits you; all three reach the same person.

  • Call (604) 632-4959 if you want to talk through your situation first. If we miss you, leave a short message with your name, company and city.
  • Text (604) 632-4959 if you are on a job site and want to send a couple of photos and a quick question. Texting is welcome, and a short message gets things moving.
  • Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send a larger set of photos, several links, or forward something from your team.

What to include in your message

A few details let us give you a real answer in our first reply instead of a list of questions.

  1. Your company name and city, plus the other areas you serve.
  2. How many technicians you have in the field, and how many crews or branches.
  3. Your main job types, such as furnace replacements, boilers, heat pumps, ductless, water heaters or commercial.
  4. Links to your website and Google Business Profile.
  5. Where your photos live today: technicians' phones, a shared drive, your field-service app, or nowhere in particular.
  6. Ten to twenty sample photos, unedited, with anything personal cropped out.
  7. What prompted you to get in touch: a competitor's profile, an old agency's stock images, a customer complaint, or a new website.

A template you can copy

Business name: [Business name] City: [City] and [other areas served] Website: [link] Google profile: [link] Technicians: [number] Main jobs: [job types] Where our photos are now: [answer] What I need help with: [one or two sentences] Best time to reach me: [days and times]

What happens next

Once we have your message, the process is short and in writing.

  1. First read, usually within one business day. We reply with what is usable in your photos, what is risky, and what is missing, along with one or two quick wins you can do yourself.
  2. A conversation. A 20 to 30 minute call or video call to understand your crews, tools and goals, and to answer your questions about the services.
  3. A written plan. Shot lists, consent routine, publishing plan and the plan price from our pricing page, all in writing before you commit. Plans start with a 7-day free trial and no credit card.

Before you write

If you would like to learn more first, these pages answer the most common questions:

  • the FAQ on cost, contracts, ownership and reporting
  • the results from our HVAC marketing work, named and linked
  • the shot list guide, which you can try with your crews this week
  • the consent guide, if your team does not ask homeowners yet

Who you will be talking to

HVAC.Photos is part of the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies and is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. When you call, text or email, you reach Ali Sedighi, MBA, who has 17+ years in digital marketing and has built 150+ live HVAC websites. There is no call centre and no junior account rep in between.

We work with HVAC companies across all 10 provinces and 3 territories, so wherever you are, the process is the same: send a few photos, get an honest first read, and decide from there.

Frequently asked questions

Is it better to call, text or email?

Email or text is easiest if you want to send photos and links. Call if you would rather talk it through first. Every channel reaches the same person.

What photos should we send?

Ten to twenty recent job photos exactly as they came off a technician's phone, unedited. Include a few you think are good and a few you think are weak; both are useful.

Should we blur anything before sending?

If any photo shows a homeowner, a house number or personal items, leave it out or crop it first. We only need to see equipment and workmanship to give you a useful read.

Will we be pressured into signing up?

No. If a photo programme is not worth it for your company yet, we will say so. Plans have a 7-day free trial and no lock-in anyway.
