HVAC.Photos services are delivered inside the HVAC.Agency plans, so you pay one monthly fee for marketing that includes your photo programme. The monthly plans begin at $2,998, and a new website begins at $3,500, paid once. Prices are in Canadian dollars; sales tax follows your province, from 5% GST in the West and the territories to 13–15% HST in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, with GST and QST in Quebec. You can try any plan free for 7 days without a credit card, and nothing locks you in.

The full, current price list is on the HVAC.Agency pricing page. If anything here differs, that page is the authority.

Monthly plans

Each plan includes more than photos. The photo work sits alongside the website, search and advertising work that puts your images in front of buyers.

Plan Price What it includes
Starter $2,998/month A site built around SEO service pages, local SEO and Google Business Profile management, a basic set-up of Google and Meta ads, hosting, maintenance, and a report each month
Growth $4,498/month The Starter scope, extended: advanced SEO and content, paid ads on more than one channel, retargeting, your CRM linked in, review generation, weekly reports
Elite $8,998/month The Growth scope, extended: video and PR outreach, one named account manager, a real-time dashboard, monthly strategy calls, custom reports

Where photo work fits

Websites

If your current site cannot host project pages or loads too slowly for image-heavy galleries, a new build may make sense.

Website Price Scope
Essential $3,500 one-time A custom site of 5–7 pages, delivered in 2–3 weeks; hosting and upkeep are $149/month
Professional $6,500 one-time A 10–15 page site designed to convert, delivered in 3–4 weeks; hosting, upkeep and conversion work are $249/month
Enterprise $12,500 one-time No cap on pages or locations, delivered in 4–6 weeks; full management is $449/month

For a gallery-led site, the page count matters: each project page counts. A company planning 40 gallery projects over a year usually outgrows the Essential scope.

What drives the cost of a photo programme

Photo work is mostly time spent reviewing, editing, captioning and publishing. These are the factors that change how much of a plan it takes.

  • Number of crews. More technicians means more photos to review each week, and more training.
  • Job mix. A company doing furnaces, boilers, heat pumps and commercial work needs more shot lists than one doing only residential furnaces.
  • Library condition. A backlog of thousands of untagged photos takes longer to sort than a clean start.
  • Number of locations. Each city or branch needs its own selection for local pages and profiles.
  • Language. Quebec work usually needs French captions, alt text and consent wording.

A worked example

Suppose you run five technicians in two cities and your average heat pump install is worth $14,000 to you in revenue. On the Starter plan at $2,998 a month plus 5% GST (as in BC or Alberta), your monthly cost is $3,147.90.

If better-presented work helped you win one extra install every two months that you would otherwise have lost to a competitor, that is about $7,000 a month in revenue against $3,147.90 in fees, before your own job costs. That is arithmetic, not a forecast; whether it happens depends on your market, prices, reviews and phone handling. The point is to know your own break-even before you start: divide the monthly fee by your gross margin per job to see how many extra jobs the plan needs to cover.

How to choose

  1. Count your technicians and locations.
  2. Check what your website can do today. If it cannot add project pages, budget for a website.
  3. Decide whether you need photos alone or photos plus reviews, content and ads.
  4. Start the 7-day free trial and use the audit to confirm the choice.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a photo-only package?

Photo services are delivered within the HVAC.Agency plans rather than as a separate photography invoice. Within a plan, the scope can be weighted toward the photo system, galleries or Google profile work, depending on where you need it most.

Do prices include the photographer?

No photographer is included, because your own technicians capture the photos. If you want a professional to shoot your team or fleet, you hire them locally and we brief them, so you pay them directly.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. HVAC.Agency plans start with a 7-day free trial covering a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. No credit card is required.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No lock-in. You can stop if the work is not paying its way. Ask us to confirm the notice terms in writing before you start.

Are prices in Canadian dollars?

Yes. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and photo clients in Canada add GST or HST for their province, or GST and QST in Quebec.
